Breakfast Date: The Homemade Cafe

I don't know about you, but for me, Sunday mornings are when I crave breakfast out.
The odd part about that is that half of the breakfast-offering joints in our town aren't open on Sunday! {I find that mighty ridiculous} We had to step out of our box of usual restaurant contenders in order to satisfy our desire for a cozy breakfast date. We decided to try the new Homemade Café.
This cute little stop is a converted church {as you can see from the stained glass windows} It has been purple for as long as I can remember. I was a little turned off by the availability of parking, but we decided to give it a shot anyway.

When we walked in my opinion completely changed, it was adorable! Every table, chair, glass, plate, vase, etc. were vintage and different from one another. Rustic doors were used to create privacy barriers and added even more eclectic variance.

I ordered their chocolate chip pancakes, Anthony ordered... something that had a little variety {neither of us can remember the dish's name} Both were delicious.

On our way out we noticed their outdoor seating area, creative isn't it?

Overall, we were very pleased and will probably return!
